### How much does SparkLayer cost?

Plans start free (Basic), with paid plans at $49/month (Starter), $149/month (Growth), $299/month (Pro), and Enterprise from $499/month. See the plans and comparison above for what's included.

### What counts as a B2B order?

Only orders placed via SparkLayer count toward your monthly total. If you run SparkLayer on a store that also accepts retail (B2C) orders, those do not count.

### What happens if I go over the order limits?

SparkLayer keeps working as normal. Each order on your eCommerce platform counts even if later cancelled or refunded, and our team will reach out to discuss whether another plan suits you better.

### Are there contracts or commitments?

For Starter, Growth, and Pro there are no contracts — cancel anytime from the SparkLayer Dashboard. Enterprise typically uses a longer agreement term based on your requirements.

### How does pricing work for the Enterprise plan?

Like Starter, Growth, and Pro, Enterprise is a fixed monthly fee based on projected sales volumes, required sales agents, backend system complexity (e.g. ERP or WMS), storefront implementation complexity, and the level of ongoing support required. It includes a full end-to-end onboarding process (scoping, installation, configuration, data migration, connecting backend systems, and launch). Costs start at $499/month, and annual plans are available at a discounted rate.

### How do I sign up and install SparkLayer?

### Are there transaction fees?

SparkLayer charges no transaction fees on orders. Manual payment methods (e.g. "Payment on Invoice" or "Request a Quote") aren't subject to Shopify transaction fees; online card payments use your existing Shopify rates.

### What currency am I billed in?

US Dollars, to align with platforms such as Shopify and Shopify Plus that also bill in USD.

### How do you charge me each month?

Charges appear in the billing section of the SparkLayer Dashboard with a full breakdown. For Shopify stores, you're billed automatically each month through Shopify's billing system.

### Do you offer pricing for high-volume, low-value ordering?

Yes — contact us to discuss special pricing if your B2B operation processes a high volume of low-value orders.

### Can I trial SparkLayer on the Enterprise plan?

Because Enterprise involves deeper integration, we typically don't offer a free trial period. You can still sign up to SparkLayer and test for yourself at any point.
