Across Latin America, Schneider Electric manages a vast network of official distributors who play a crucial role in supplying their products to businesses and end customers. To better serve this distributor network and modernise operations, the company sought a unified eCommerce platform - one that could handle both B2C and B2B in a streamlined, scalable way.
The challenge
- Scalability: Schneider Electric needed an eCommerce framework that would allow distributors across LATAM to manage wholesale orders efficiently while supporting long-term growth.

The solution
