It is a shopping list, set to repeat on a schedule. No separate subscriptions system to set up or explain - the lists your customers already keep can simply be told how often to repeat.
Every B2B customer already has shopping lists, with no setup. Buyers save what they order again and again into named lists they can edit and reorder in seconds.
- Start one from My Account, a product page, or the cart
- Add products by name, SKU or barcode
- As many lists as they like, with quantities saved
- Export any list as a CSV
Your customer picks how often the list should repeat. That is the whole setup.
- Weekly, fortnightly or monthly
- From any saved list, or straight from checkout
- Pause and resume any time, without losing the list
Nothing goes out unseen. An email lands three days before every order with the lines laid out.
- Edit it, skip this one, or cancel the schedule
- Do nothing and it places exactly as reviewed
- Prices are locked at order time
That three-day window is what makes an automatic order safe to say yes to.
On the day, the order goes through however that customer normally pays.
- On account, it simply places
- Paying by card, they get a secure payment link
- Stock problems are flagged to you, not failed quietly
A recurring order keeps everything a list does. Because the recurring order is the list, your customers get the whole of it - not a stripped-down copy inside a separate subscriptions tool.
Unlimited lists.
Customers keep as many lists as they need - weekly consumables, a monthly restock, one per site. Any of them can be made recurring; the rest stay manual.
Search by name, SKU or barcode.
Buyers add products however they have them written down, whether that is off a shelf, out of a spreadsheet, or from a scanner.
It adds to the cart, never overwrites it.
If a product is already in the cart, the quantity goes up instead of being replaced. A half-built order never disappears.
Sales agents can use them.
Agents work from a customer’s own lists when ordering for them, and either side can export one as a CSV.
What is a recurring order?
A recurring order is a saved shopping list that repeats on a schedule. Your customer picks a list, chooses whether it should run weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and the order is then placed for them on that cycle without them logging in and rebuilding it each time.
Is this a separate subscriptions product?
No, and deliberately so. Rather than a separate subscriptions system for your customers to learn, recurring orders extend shopping lists - a feature they already use. Any saved list can be made recurring, and it keeps everything a list already does.
How often can an order repeat?
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly. A schedule can be set up from any saved shopping list, or straight from checkout.
Can my customer change or skip an order before it goes?
Yes. An email lands three days before every cycle with the order laid out, and from it they can edit the lines, skip that single cycle, or cancel the schedule. If they do nothing, the order places itself exactly as reviewed.
Can a recurring order be paused?
Yes. A schedule can be paused and resumed whenever the customer needs, without losing the list. When it resumes it picks up at the next date.
What price does the customer pay?
Pricing is locked at order time, so the totals your customer sees in the review email are the totals they pay for that cycle.
How does payment work on a recurring order?
It follows how that customer normally buys. Customers on account terms simply have the order placed; customers paying upfront are sent a secure payment link to settle it.
What happens if something is out of stock?
Stock problems are flagged to you rather than the order failing quietly, and a sales agent can step in on the account to sort it before the cycle is missed.
Do shopping lists need setting up?
No. Shopping lists are available to your B2B customers without any setup. They can start one from My Account, while adding a product, or from the cart's Actions menu.
Can sales agents use a customer's lists?
Yes. Sales agents can work from a customer's shopping lists when ordering on their behalf, and either side can export a list as a CSV including the product name, SKU, quantity, price and barcode.
